January, March, June and September by the 1st week of the month to: Liz Taylor-Herdt, Director, PO Box 678, 211
East Third Street, Alliance, Nebraska 69301.
Grant Applications will be reviewed by the Visitor
Committee and recommendations referred to the County Commissioners for final
